If you pass the exam, you will be required to pay the DAMA exam fee of 300 USD.
This fee is not included in the total amount shown at the end of this registration form and must be paid separately.

For non-DAMA members
Non-DAMA members must pay the exam organisation fee of 399 PLN and the DAMA exam fee of 300 USD, regardless of the exam result.
The 399 PLN fee is included in the total amount shown at the end of this registration form. The 300 USD fee is not included and must be paid separately.
