Conference Terms and Conditions
DAMA Day Warsaw – 4 November 2026
I. General Provisions
- These Terms and Conditions shall apply from 8 June 2026.
- Evention's contact person in all matters relating to the DAMA Day Warsaw is Karolina Szymkiewicz (karolina.szymkiewicz@evention.pl).
- The key defined terms and additional defined terms are:
- DAMA Day – the conference entitled “DAMA Day Warsaw – 4 November 2026” to which these Terms and Conditions apply.
- The Organisers:

- Evention – Evention sp. z o.o., ul. Racławicka 93, 02-634 Warsaw, Poland, phone: +48 22 535-30-33, e-mail: kontakt@evention.pl, REGON: 146871262, VAT ID (NIP): PL5252564839, inscribed under KRS no. 0000483800 in the Register of Entrepreneurs by the Regional Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 13th Economic Department of the National Court Register, share capital: PLN 5,000 (paid in full).
- Terms and Conditions – these General Terms and Conditions of the Conference.
- Presentation – a dedicated time slot for a presenter and/or partner to present a given topic or issue.
- Participant – a natural person acting within the scope of their business or professional activity who has entered into an Agreement with the Organiser.
- Agreement – an agreement for participation in the Conference, concluded upon confirmation of registration.
- Each Participant is required to read these Terms and Conditions before registering.
II. Conditions for Participation in the Conference
- The DAMA Day Warsaw – 4 November 2026 Conference is addressed to persons interested in data-related topics and to professionals responsible for data management in organisations.
- The Conference will be conducted mostly in Polish. However, due to the fact that some speakers or partners may not speak Polish, in such cases presentations may be delivered in English. Information on the language of each presentation is available at https://dama-day-2026.damapoland.org/.
- The Conference programme is available at https://dama-day-2026.damapoland.org/.
- Information about the co-organisers is available at https://dama-day-2026.damapoland.org/.
- Information and promotional materials may be distributed during the Conference.
- The number of participants in the event is limited to 350 people, and the number of places for the CDMP exam is limited to 130 people.
- Participation is determined by the order of registrations (ticket purchases), with priority registration granted first to members of the DAMA Poland Chapter association.
- The Conference is held in person and takes place according to the schedule published on the website: https://dama-day-2026.damapoland.org/.
- Registration is possible only online, through the form available on the website: https://dama-day-2026.damapoland.org/.
- Ticket prices are available on the website: https://dama-day-2026.damapoland.org/.
- Registration is possible until 28 October 2026 or until all places are filled.
- In the event of special circumstances, individual contact with the person responsible for the event is possible.
- Participation in the event is possible only at the place and time specified by the Organiser.The scope of the Conference includes:
- holding the event in accordance with the published schedule;
- presentations by speakers and partners;
- displaying multimedia presentations;
- participation in question-and-answer sessions and discussions;
- access to materials made available by speakers and partners.

III. Fees
- Participation in DAMA Day is subject to a fee, in accordance with the information provided on the website: https://dama-day-2026.damapoland.org/.
- The participation fee depends on the Participant's status: DAMA members pay the member rate, non-members pay the standard rate, and IT Solution Providers pay the IT Solution Provider Ticket rate.
- Granting marketing consents may be associated with a discount. Lack of consent to marketing communication results in an increased fee; however, granting such consent is voluntary.
- Registration constitutes the conclusion of the Agreement. Failure to make payment does not constitute resignation from participation.
- Resignation must be submitted in writing. Failure to notify resignation and absence from the Conference do not release the Participant from the obligation to pay.
IV. Resignation
- The Participant may resign from participation free of charge no later than 7 days before the event.
- Resignation after this deadline does not release the Participant from the obligation to pay.
- Failure to pay for the ticket does not constitute resignation from participation.
V. Personal Data Protection
- In the event of any online transmission, cookies and other tools may be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- Participation in the Conference is equivalent to giving consent to the recording and use of the Participant's image or voice for the above-mentioned purposes, unless the Participant submits an explicit written statement to the Organiser before the start of the Conference stating that they do not give such consent.
- The event may be recorded, and the recordings may be used for the Organiser's promotional purposes.
- Streaming tools, such as Zoom, process personal data in accordance with their own terms and conditions: https://zoom.us.
VI. Final Provisions
- The Detailed Terms and Conditions are made available to the Participant before the conclusion of the Agreement.
- At the request of the Participant or the Buyer, the Organiser may make the Terms and Conditions available in another form.
- The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions and the Conference programme.
- In the event of cancellation of the Conference, any fees paid shall be refunded.
- Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably, and subsequently by the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of the Organiser.
